Exhibit Times
Set Up: Monday, February 22 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Tear Down: Wednesday, February 24 after 1 p.m.
Registration Pays for Staying Through Conference: Thursday, February 25

A block of rooms have been set aside for the “Iowa Pipeline Safety Conference” at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites – Jordan Creek (6075 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines, IA 50266). Call (515) 309-3900 and reference the conference when booking to receive the $114 per night rate.

Exhibit Registration
Register for the exhibit area by submitting the form below.

The exhibit area is located outside the meeting rooms and each space comes equipped with a 6’ table. The cost per table is $190.00. Limit of 2 tables per company and since space is limited the tables will be filled on a first come first served basis. (Exhibit fees pay for the Supplier Hospitality Reception on Tuesday evening.)

In addition to the exhibit fee, each person attending must register for the conference. Conference registration cost is $225 per person. (Registration fee pays for 3 continental breakfasts, 3 lunches, and refreshments during the breaks.) GROEBNER is collecting this fee to make it easy when registering, but ultimately this money goes to the Iowa Utility Board.

Registration ends Friday, February 12, 2016. Payment is due at time of registration.
