Our GSG team is trained on the manufacturers’ equipment and in the industry’s latest standards allowing them to properly inspect and offer sound advice. From the inspection, you’ll receive documentation that confirms the items checked and their findings.
Regular maintenance of your tools and equipment increases their longevity and decreases operational costs. As a McElroy Authorized Service Center, we employ McElroy Certified Master Mechanics and Repair Technicians for the care of your McElroy fusion equipment. We will return your equipment to its original top-notch specifications and operation.
If a piece of equipment requires repair, replacement, or additional work, we’ll coordinate with our team to ensure all repairs are made and your equipment is back online as quickly as possible.
Electrofusion Processor & Gauge Services
Calibrations | Adjustments & Repair
Let our GSG team assist you in calibrating your Georg Fischer electrofusion processor boxes. There are two easy ways to get your calibration done. Have a mobile unit come on-site to your business or ship your boxes to a GROEBNER service location.
You can be assured that the team working on your equipment has gone through extensive training, on these computer-controlled units, directly from Georg Fischer. We will also take care of minor adjustments, repairs, and cleaning during calibration, if needed. If we run into a more complex internal computer board repair, we will coordinate directly with the manufacturer in Oklahoma for you.
GSG also verifies the accuracy of pressure gauges to make certain they are in compliance with industry standards and regulations. If the gauge needs calibrating, we’ll take care of that to ensure the gauge is providing accurate and reliable readings.
Line Heater Services
Inspection | Maintenance / Yearly Service Plans | System Repair
Invite our team to your site to check out your existing line heater equipment – CWT heaters, water bath heaters, etc. We’ll talk through your system’s current status, what your present needs are, and where you would like to be in the future. We’ll then inspect your equipment and let you know what is going right and if there are areas of concern.
To stay ahead of costly downtime, sign up for our yearly maintenance program where we will make certain all maintenance is taken care of and your heaters are working properly prior to the heating season.
