Times
Breaks, lunches, and hospitality event are all held in the exhibit area.
- Exhibit Set Up – Monday, September 22 after 10:00 a.m.
- New Product Presentation – Tuesday morning
- Supplier Hospitality – Tuesday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Exhibit Tear Down – Wednesday, September 24 after 1 p.m.
Exhibit Registration / Payment
- Exhibit cost is $450 per table (plus an additional fee for electricity, if desired).
- The exhibit area is set up for tabletop displays and comes equipped with 6’ tables.
- Limit of 2 tables per company since space is limited.
- Tables and electricity will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.
- Exhibit fees go to pay for the supplier hospitality, two (2) $100 door prizes that are raffled at the beginning of the hospitality event, and prize money for the bean bag tournament.
- To register for the exhibit area, fill out the form below and click the submit button.
- Once registration is received, an invoice for payment will be sent to the email address provided at registration.
- Registration ends Monday, September 1, 2025.
- For exhibit signage, please send your company logo to events@groebner.com in either an eps, png, or jpg format.
New Product Presentation
- Indicate in the form below if you are interested in presenting a 2-minute introduction of a new product (or your company) during the New Product Presentation.
Hospitality Event
- Indicate in the form below if you are interested in donating a door prize. Door prizes provide additional recognition for the exhibitors and are given out during the supplier hospitality.
- Indicate in the form below if you are interested in providing a 2' x 4' regulation bean bag board set to be used in the bean bag tournament. The tournament is held after the supplier hospitality portion of the night.
Conference Registration / Payment
- An additional $75 conference fee needs to be paid by all participants at the conference, including exhibitors. This fee helps pay for the space, lunches, and breaks being handled by the KCC. This fee is in addition to the exhibit fee and can be paid directly to KCC using this link: [Updated link from KCC coming soon]
